Students watched the documentary "Rivers & Tides," a film documenting the art work of Scottish Artist Andy Goldsworthy. Andy Goldsworthy utilizes natural resources for the sculptures he creates.  Rocks, ice, snow, leaves, animal fur, clay, etc are examples of the material he uses to create his unique and visually stunning art. After viewing the film, the students utilized the beautiful fall foliage of the surrounding tundra of Nome to create leaf designs based on the art work of Mr Goldsworthy.
