Magnetism

Students had the opportunity to "play" with magnets in order to learn about how magnetic poles

react toward one another.  They also explored the magnetic field surrounding the magnets,

by dusting an area with iron filings. Science can be a lot of fun!  In a formal lab,

students also explored the ability of a magnet to exert a force on objects, through objects.
